About The Position
The Production Worker / Mixer Operator is responsible for producing dog treats by accurately mixing ingredients and operating production equipment, including a rotary molder, in a safe and sanitary environment.
Requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting; 50+lbs.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain punctual and reliable attendance
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Follow product specifications and report any defects to a supervisor or lead
- Maintain clean and sanitary work conditions throughout production
- Comply with all Food Safety and Quality Program requirements
- Follow all facility safety rules and regulations
- Accurately complete BRC-compliant documentation related to assigned tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
