The catering team prepares, organizes, and delivers large group orders throughout the Charleston area, making events fresh, easy, and delicious. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, energetic, and enjoys working behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Catering Manager with daily food production and preparation
Preparing salads, wraps, bowls, sides, and other menu items for large catering orders
Organizing and packaging multiple catering orders accurately and efficiently
Ensuring orders are complete, properly labeled, and ready for timely delivery
Providing excellent service and professionalism to catering clients
Loading, transporting, and delivering catering orders throughout the Charleston area
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary food production area
Following food safety, cleanliness, and Verde procedures
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail
Helping the team wherever needed to ensure successful catering events
