About The Position

We are currently searching for an individual to be a production leader, in the position of 2nd Shift Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated communication and team-building skills, 3+ years of leadership/supervision experience in a production environment, and the aptitude to train and develop employees. The supervisor must be able to make decisions relating to the acceptableness of production and production processes, and is able to make quick decisions relating to daily production runs. This job requires a pro-active person with a strong work ethic who can be depended upon to work independently.

Requirements

Demonstrated communication team building skills
3+ years leadership/supervision experience in a production environment
Able to oversee production areas and coordinate work assignments
Aptitude to train and develop employees
Experienced in employee performance assessments
Multitask orientated and excellent problem-solving capabilities
Self-directed and results oriented individual
Pro-active person with a strong work ethic who can be depended upon to work independently
