About The Position

The Fresh Market is looking for team members who can work as Production Specialists. This role is ideal for individuals who are detailed-oriented, work well in teams, and prioritize guest satisfaction. The position involves handling production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments, maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items, and assisting guests across departments. A key aspect of the role is ensuring product quality through proper rotation, cleaning, and sanitation procedures, and completing necessary reports. Adherence to The Fresh Market's standards, policies, and protocols, as well as maintaining a professional appearance, is expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle production for key items to support Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items throughout the store and work across departments to assist guests in finding products and complete meal solutions
• Ensure excellent product is ready for our guests by inspecting our store products for proper rotation, cleaning, sanitation procedures, completing reports as necessary
• Follow all The Fresh Market standards, policies, and protocols
• Present self in a professional manner, including adhering to uniform standards
