Copeland Oaks, a non-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community, is hiring for a Food Production Manager. Copeland Oaks is located on a 250 acre "village like" setting in Sebring, Ohio. Copeland Oaks offers independent living, catered living, assisted living, memory care, as well as the Crandall Medical Center Long Term Care facility. The Food Production Manager is an hourly position responsible for managing the kitchen and all food preparation. The Food Production Manager focuses on the day-to-day food production side of the kitchen for AL, CMC, MDR, LVT and Bistro; oversees meal prep and cooking for residents; ensures food is prepared on time and in correct portions according to established numbers; follows therapeutic diet guidelines (pureed, mechanical, gluten free, etc.); supervises cooks and diet aides during shifts; checks food quality, temperature and safety compliance; coordinates tray line service making sure residents get correct meals.
