About The Position

We are hiring Food Production Machine Operators to support multiple departments within a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. This role involves operating automated equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met across various stages of egg processing and packaging. Operators may work in different areas including machine operation, blending, drying, inspection (candling), and packaging. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are comfortable working in a production environment and can adapt to different tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment
• Perform processing tasks such as blending, drying, breaking, and packaging products
• Inspect products to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Load/unload materials and maintain steady production flow
• Perform routine cleaning duties including CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems
• Follow production formulas and procedures for batching and processing
• Assist with light maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
