Requirements
- 2+ years manufacturing or machine operator experience
- Reliable attendance
- Strong attention to detail
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Hi‑Lo experience a plus (training available)
Responsibilities
- Assist with roll mill machine operations
- Monitor product quality and machine flow
- Move and strap bundles; stage materials
- Lift, bend, squat, and walk throughout the shift
- Work safely in a fast‑paced, team environment
