About The Position

Pulmuone Foods USA is seeking a Food Product Development Assistant to support Food Scientists in product development, testing, and evaluation. This temporary role involves assisting with sample preparation, ingredient measurements, lab organization, and maintaining a clean and safe lab environment. The assistant will also help document research findings, participate in team meetings, and provide input during product trials. The position is fully onsite at our Fullerton location and requires the ability to commit for at least 3 months with flexible hours. No prior work experience is required, and students are encouraged to apply. Requirements

• Experience and minimal techniques in the food lab are required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional groups.
• Currently enrolled in a senior year or recently graduated from a Food Science, Nutrition or related program (Undergraduate or Graduate level).
• Able to commit at least 3 months (flexible hours available).
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food product development a plus.
• Bilingual in Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Food Scientists in product development, testing, and evaluation.
