About The Position

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor and supervise the work of others.

• Advanced knowledge of food safety, sanitation, cost controls, and operating and repairing food service equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
