About The Position

As a Food Operations Manager for our Corporate Services Client at Sodexo, you’ll manage a small-scale, on-site food service operation, ensuring the highest standards of client satisfaction. You’ll oversee daily operations, prepare breakfast and lunch, and implement business practices, all while ensuring we meet the commitments outlined in our client agreement. Requirements

  • An Associates Degree or 2 years equivalent experience in quick service food operations.
  • Demonstrate culinary skills, with a strong understanding of food safety.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively and communicate professionally with clients and staff.
  • Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibit reliability, organization, flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Possess working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Manage on site food service production and actively prepare breakfast and lunch meals.
  • Oversee daily food operations, ensuring high-quality products and service delivery.
  • Manage all ordering, inventory and daily reports.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, including food safety and physical safety programs.
  • Drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive work environment and client satisfaction.
