As a Production Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of coordinating production in a food manufacturing environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of Food Manufacturing experience.
• Commitment of 40 hours per work.
• The job operates in a manufacturing environment.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
• Occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Train and coach employees in production.
• Responsible for meeting shift production goals.
• Overseeing quality control and making adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
