About The Position

This position is for a Food Manager for the Summer of 2026. The role involves overseeing food receiving, preparation, and storage, maintaining a high-quality kitchen environment through proper cleaning, safety, and sanitation practices, adhering to portion controls and presentation specifications, and working collaboratively with staff to develop best work practices.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior food service experience required
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs

Nice To Haves

  • ServSafe certificate is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Follow proper procedures for food receiving, preparation, and storage
  • Maintains quality kitchen environment by practicing proper cleaning, safety, sanitation, and organizational skills
  • Follow portion controls and presentation specifications
