The Food Manager takes ownership of the Food Operation by: Maintains inventory Orders product Creates Food Team Member work schedule Minimizes Fresh Food waste Assists in hiring, training and supervising Food Team Members Follows the Dashboard “build to” schedule Monitors profitability of deli food service offerings The Food Manager will work the main Food hours to maintain sufficient and consistent food offerings to our Guests. Ensuring all Team Members are following City and or State food handling protocol.
