About The Position
Majors Management is seeking a Food Lead to join their team in Cleveland, OH. This role is responsible for meeting company customer service standards, following cash control policies, adhering to laws and regulations, and maintaining safety guidelines for food preparation. The Food Lead will also be involved in cleaning, stocking, rotating products, completing training, and following the company's code of ethics. Additionally, this position involves motivating sales associates, assisting the store manager with hiring and training, replenishing food items, tracking inventory, and ordering food service products. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities
- Meet company customer service standards.
- Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
- Obey company and health department safety guidelines for food preparation.
- Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
- Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
- Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
- Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
- Motivate sales associates to grow the store sales and profitability using suggestive selling techniques.
- Assist the store manager in hiring, developing, and training others in store to meet company standards and guidelines.
- Replenishing food items as needed, maintaining the proper flow of food, tracking food inventory and assisting with the ordering of food service products.
- Other duties as assigned.
