About The Position

Capilano Golf and Country Club is a premier private club located in West Vancouver, seeking part-time, seasonal food expo/bussers to join their Food and Beverage team. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager. Employees enjoy working on a stunning property with breathtaking views and have the opportunity to provide personalized service and build great relationships. With over five outlets in the F&B department, there are opportunities for skill development and education.

Requirements

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Transportation to our location is difficult. Employees need ample time if relying on public transit or their own vehicles.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to members and guests in a timely and professional manner.
Verify food orders for accuracy before leaving the kitchen.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
Refill water and assist with other guest service needs as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, patios, and service stations.
Assist with setting up and closing dining areas.
Support servers and bartenders during busy service periods.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
