About The Position
The Food Expeditor (Expo) at Useless Bay Golf and Country Club is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room. This role involves transporting food, clearing tables, delivering orders professionally, and collaborating with bussers and servers to maintain dining space cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The position is part of a values-based culture that emphasizes creating exceptional experiences and fostering a supportive, inclusive team environment.
Requirements
- Prior food service experience preferred
- Customer service experience required
- Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s)
Responsibilities
- Transport food from the kitchen to the dining room safely and efficiently
- Remove used dishes from table and transport to dish area
- Deliver orders in a timely and professional manner
- Works closely with bussers and servers to maintain cleanliness of dining space and respond to guest requests
