About The Position

Taco Bell is looking for a highly skilled, self-motivated individual to join their growing Retail Operation. As a Team Member, you will prioritize customer service, work well with your team, and display a pleasant and enthusiastic attitude. You will be required to follow site-specific and brand-specific procedures to offer consistent and quality customer experiences. This position is subject to a 90-day introductory period, during which performance will be reviewed to determine continued employment.

Requirements

• Open availability is required
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have good personal grooming habits
• Standing up to 8 hours during a shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Requires you to use the following motions: pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
