About The Position

Join Festival Foods as a Part-Time Food Court Clerk! You’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced food service area, preparing and serving up delicious meals for guests. Requirements

A friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service skills.
Ability to work in a fast food or restaurant retail grocery environment, multitask, and maintain efficiency.
Willingness to be cross-trained in different food court areas.

Nice To Haves

Comfort handling food service equipment like dishwashers, fryers, woks, and ovens (training provided!).

Responsibilities

Providing excellent guest service, including friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
Assisting guests with orders, recommending menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Preparing and serving food court offerings such as coffee, pizza, and popcorn, while adhering to high-quality and food safety standards.
Maintaining a sanitary and well-organized food court area, including stocking supplies, updating food safety logs, and keeping workspaces clean.
Supporting fellow associates in a restaurant-like setting to ensure smooth daily operations.
Following food safety protocols and handling equipment such as fryers, ovens, and woks, while managing proper temperature controls for prepared foods.
Performing other duties as needed to support the team.
Maintaining regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and providing adequate notice for occasional absences.
