Join Festival Foods as a Full-Time Food Court Clerk! Job Title: Food Court Clerk II Reports To: Food Court Manager Are you passionate about food and love providing great service? As a Full-Time Food Court Clerk at Festival Foods, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced food service area, preparing and serving up delicious meals for guests. Requirements
- A friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast food or restaurant retail grocery environment, multitask, and maintain efficiency.
- Comfort handling food service equipment like dishwashers, fryers, woks, and ovens (training provided!).
- Willingness to be cross-trained in different food court areas.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent guest service, including a friendly greeting, answering questions, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assisting guests with orders, recommending menu items, and ensuring they leave happy.
- Preparing and serving food court offerings such as coffee, pizza, and popcorn, while maintaining high-quality and food safety standards.
- Maintaining a sanitary, well-organized food court area by keeping supplies stocked, food safety logs updated, and workspaces spotless.
- Supporting fellow associates in a restaurant-like setting to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Following food safety protocols, handling equipment such as fryers, ovens, and woks, and managing proper temperature controls for all prepared foods.
- Performing other duties as needed to support the team.
- Maintaining regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and providing adequate notice for occasional absences.
