The Food Cost Analyst plays a critical role in implementing Rosnet's Food Cost Management module for new clients and maintaining and supporting its functionality for existing clients. This role combines strong analytical ability with hands-on client support — breaking down complex reporting, troubleshooting issues, and training and supporting clients to use the module effectively and independently. The Food Cost Analyst brings professionalism, a strong work ethic, proven customer service skills, and a team-oriented approach to every client’s interaction. This position is primarily performed in a office-based environment. Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer, phone, and ticketing systems for extended periods. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via video, phone, and written formats Participates in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule for Level 3 support, which may require availability outside standard business hours. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 8am through 5pm.
