About The Position

This position leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. It involves touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction. The role also includes introducing and leading company change efforts, providing clear expectations, and implementing business solutions. Additionally, the coach models and demonstrates exceptional customer service, manages customer service initiatives, resolves customer needs, and develops action plans for improvement. The role drives financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses. It also focuses on merchandise presentation, inventory flow, operational processes, and mitigating shrink to achieve sales and profit goals. The position provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset. It ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, supports the company mission and values, and upholds standards of ethics and integrity. The role emphasizes respecting individuals, building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected. Requirements

  • 2 years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring.
  • Assigns duties, sets clear expectations, provides associate recognition, and communicates expectations consistently and effectively.
