About The Position

The Food Clerk works within Meijer’s Fresh departments to provide remarkable customer service and help maintain a fresh, welcoming, and well-run store. The role involves sharing product knowledge, assisting customers, stocking and merchandising products, and following food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures. Team members may work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery, and support other tasks as needed. The position is part-time and described as a 4 a.m. stocking shift; weekend and holiday work is required.
