About The Position

An Assistant Produce Team Leader is a positive, motivated servant leader who is always looking to learn. This role involves assisting the Produce Team Leader in all department tasks, leading, training, coaching, and communicating with all Team Members in their department. It also includes daily customer interactions, sharing food knowledge, overseeing Food Safety, Safety, and Sanitation, and managing day-to-day operations, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings. The position is responsible for driving department sales while managing department shrink and expenses, as well as managing department labor and productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy
