Circle K is seeking a Food Captain to ensure all food operational execution in store are followed to maximize sales and reduce waste. This role involves training, coaching, and being the go-to person for food-related questions. The Food Captain will also plan and execute food sampling, conduct training sessions, and ensure foodservice areas are stocked and maintained according to FIFO rotation and planogram standards. Additionally, this position will monitor shrink, improve sales, and collaborate with BUQAS training personnel to ensure effective training programs. The Food Captain will operate within budgeted expectations and conduct needs analysis based on BUQAS visits.
