About The Position

This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of food items, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. The Food Captain will also assist with training new team members on food preparation and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food items according to company standards.
• Manage food inventory and ensure proper stock levels.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
