This is a part-time evening position focused on making the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback “happy hour” enjoyable for guests. The role involves ensuring exceptional and positive experiences for both team members and guests, overseeing the 5:30 Kickback through food preparation and cleanup, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas. The position also requires adherence to food safety standards, managing supply levels, upholding a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture, and answering guest questions with knowledge of the hotel, area, and events. A key aspect is ensuring an exceptional guest experience through courteous, friendly service with a +1 Service attitude.
