About The Position

Food & Beverage Support Staff are essential to keeping our dining operation running smoothly. In this role, you will work closely with Servers, culinary staff, and other members of the Food & Beverage team to make sure food reaches tables quickly, dining areas stay clean and organized, service stations remain stocked, and our members receive attentive service. This can be a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter the hospitality industry, gain restaurant experience, or grow into additional Food & Beverage positions over time.

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant, food-running, bussing, hospitality, or customer-service experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Deliver food from the kitchen to the correct tables efficiently and professionally.
Assist Servers throughout meal service.
Clear plates, glassware, silverware, and other items from tables.
Clean, sanitize, and reset tables for incoming members and guests.
Refill water and assist with basic table-service needs.
Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations.
Help prepare dining areas before service.
Assist with closing and cleanup responsibilities after service.
Communicate with Servers and culinary staff to support accurate and timely food delivery.
Keep dining rooms and service areas clean and guest-ready.
Anticipate what the service team needs and step in to help during busy periods.
Safely handle trays, dishes, glassware, and other service equipment.
Provide friendly assistance to members and guests when needed.
Complete additional Food & Beverage support duties as assigned.
