About The Position

The Horton Hotel is looking for a full-time, Bar Supervisor to help manage the bar and create memorable experiences for guests during their stay. This role involves supporting the Director of Bar Operation while providing exceptional customer service to guests. A typical day includes preparing and serving beverages, coordinating food and beverage experiences and events, taking inventory, maintaining bar cleanliness, and responding to guest requests.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages
• Collaborate with the Director of Bar Operations
• Responsible for creating and coordinating food and beverage experiences and events
• Taking inventory of all non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Respond to guest requests
• Verify that guests are of legal drinking age when serving alcoholic beverages
