About The Position

Embassy Suites Dallas Love Field is seeking an energetic, service‑driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our leadership team. This role supports the daily operations of our restaurant, bar, and Evening Reception, ensuring our guests receive the warm, attentive, and memorable service that defines the Embassy Suites brand. The Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees front‑of‑house operations, leads and motivates team members, and ensures all service standards, cleanliness expectations, and brand guidelines are consistently met. This position plays a key role in guest satisfaction, team development, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality leadership preferred.
Strong communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic administrative tasks.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and Evening Reception.
Lead, train, and support team members to deliver exceptional hospitality.
Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, health codes, and safety regulations.
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and labor management.
Monitor product quality, presentation, and service flow to maintain consistency.
Handle guest concerns with professionalism and effective service recovery.
Support inventory control, ordering, and waste‑reduction initiatives.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including checklists and cash handling.
Collaborate with management to improve guest satisfaction scores and team performance.
Promote a positive, team‑focused work environment that encourages growth and accountability.
