The Role As a Restaurant Supervisor, you support daily restaurant operations, assist in leading the service team, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent service. You help maintain a clean and organized dining room, guide team members, and resolve guest issues with professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and guest service skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team during busy service
  • Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating positive guest interactions
  • Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve along side and supervise Restaurant, Events, and Complimentary Breakfast staff during daily service
  • Support training, coaching, and performance of servers, hosts, and bussers
  • Ensure excellent guest service and handle service recovery when needed
  • Oversee table sections, flow of service, and overall dining room operations
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
  • Support inventory tracking, side work, and setup tasks
  • Help ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards
