The Food & Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures within the Food and Beverage Department. This role involves maintaining food and beverage safety and quality according to hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. The supervisor will establish, maintain, and train standards and procedures for operations and safe working conditions, and will be responsible for responding to and handling guest-related issues pertaining to the department. Effective communication with the General Manager, other Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff is crucial. The role also assists in managing all aspects of employee performance to ensure productivity and a quality work environment. Other duties as assigned.
