At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to help guide our daily operations. In this vital leadership role, you will be the ultimate coach on the floor—coordinating daily shifts, training and supporting our service staff, and fostering a collaborative team environment. You will play a key role in helping our staff grow while ensuring our high standards of quality and service are met every day.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including food handling and safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of basic POS and inventory systems.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service in all food and beverage areas.
- Assist the management team with staff scheduling, supply orders, and inventory control.
- Ensure team compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Address guest concerns, handle special requests, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Lead by example, delivering exceptional service to create a positive guest experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
- Inspect dining and bar areas for cleanliness, organization, and preparedness.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including workstation setup and cleanliness.
- Support special events and group bookings, ensuring successful execution.
