Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills daily to manage and motivate a diverse team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills are essential for coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage, train, and motivate food and beverage staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability while minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and staff training.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor, and inventory for management review.
• Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities and special events to boost sales.
• Assisting in filling in for bartenders/servers when there are callouts/ high volume shifts.
