About The Position

Stone Creek Golf Courses is seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Servers to join the team at Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Alberta, for the 2026 golf season. In this role, you will anticipate guest needs to provide excellent customer service, take food and drink orders accurately, and help create a positive dining experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your primary work assignment will be at Silvertip's Stoney's Grill with the possibility of some shifts at Silvertip's other food and beverage outlets.

Requirements

• ProServe or other certification for responsible liquor sales and service is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays safely.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous food service or customer service experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, explain daily specials and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Check on guest satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns.
• Present bills and process cash, debit, and credit card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining spaces.
• Follow health, safety, and responsible service procedures at all times.
