About The Position

Craft Culinary Concepts is the exclusive food and beverage provider for the State Farm Stadium, Glendale, Arizona. The talented team at Craft Culinary Concepts brings their top tier service and management to leading stadiums, sports venues, cultural attractions and music venues across the nation. These custom-tailored experiences range from corporate events, weddings, festivals, professional sports games all the way up to the Super Bowl!

The Food and Beverage Runner is responsible for the transportation of food and beverages prepped in various locations throughout the stadium to the final destinations during events. Food and Beverage Runners will be assigned to a central location, to deliver and/or pick up products in pantries on the second and third level of the stadium. Product may be individual containers or in hot boxes. Beverages may be single bottles or multiple cases.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have a valid TEAM, TIPS or Title 4 alcohol certification card.
• Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
• Must be able to work with a group as well as independently.
• Good sense of direction and ability to reach several destinations without assistance.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and be on your feet for several hours.
• Must have knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and be familiar with all food and beverage offerings available.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise.

Responsibilities

• Transport food and beverages from various stadium locations to final destinations during events.
• Deliver and/or pick up products in pantries on the second and third level of the stadium.
• Handle individual food containers, hot boxes, single beverage bottles, and multiple cases of beverages.
