The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring proper training and supervision of all F&B personnel, ensuring the team consistently delivers prompt, courteous service in a professional manner. Service is expected to comply with Omni Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures in all areas of operations related to guest service experience for all Outlets (includes all full-service Restaurants, Room Services, Minibar, Pool Bar, and Over The Counter Markets, Bars/Lounges and Night Club) and Banquets Event Spaces to create memorable guest experiences.
