About The Position

Margaritaville is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join their team, offering a thrilling, fast-paced career in hospitality. The Food and Beverage Outlet Supervisor will support the management of outdoor poolside and restaurant bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy, resort-style environment. This role is responsible for maintaining elevated food and beverage quality, delivering outstanding guest service, and supporting the achievement of departmental revenue and profitability goals. Candidates should have experience in outdoor, poolside, country club, or high-volume bar and restaurant settings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in outdoor, poolside, or bar-focused operations, or 3 years of relevant restaurant/bar experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in high-volume, outdoor or resort-style environments strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • ServSafe manager certification
  • Responsible alcohol service certification

Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the daily operations of outdoor pool and restaurant bar outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Support inventory control, product ordering, and labor management within a fast-paced outdoor environment
  • Ensure all company standards and local health, safety, and sanitation requirements are consistently met
  • Assist with basic accounting functions, including reconciliation and reporting
  • Help maintain a high-energy, guest-focused atmosphere aligned with resort standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management
