This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service standards across all outlets, overseeing front-of-house operations for casino beverage service and restaurant outlets. The supervisor will verify that all opening, closing, and operational procedures are performed to standards, conduct regular floor presence including table visits to ensure guest satisfaction and build relationships, and maintain a clean, safe, and properly functioning environment in all areas. Additionally, the role involves supervising, coaching, and developing supervisors and front-of-house employees, implementing and overseeing training programs, conducting employee evaluations and performance appraisals, maintaining positive employee relations, and demonstrating and reinforcing service standards.
