About The Position

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington, DC is proudly owned and managed by EOS Hospitality. Ideally located in Georgetown, DC, our property offers guests a full-service experience with spacious suites, thoughtful amenities, and exceptional service. We are seeking a driven and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining operations and ensure a memorable guest experience. The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of the property’s food and beverage operations, including the restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and banquet/events. This role is also responsible for the financial performance of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures consistent quality, service excellence, and operational efficiency while upholding Hilton brand standards and delivering on EOS Hospitality’s commitment to outstanding hospitality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
• Solid financial management skills, including budgeting and P&L oversight.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Prior Hilton brand experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, banquet services, and catering.
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and service-oriented F&B team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive initiatives to elevate the guest experience.
• Work closely with the team on menu development, cost control, and food quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage department budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance.
• Foster a culture aligned with Hilton brand standards and EOS Hospitality values.
