Residence Inn Tierra Verde is seeking an energetic, guest-service-driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our food and beverage operations while creating memorable experiences for both hotel guests and event attendees. We are looking for someone who thrives in hospitality, leads by example, and understands that exceptional service and attention to detail are at the center of every interaction. This position will oversee restaurant operations, banquet and event execution, team development, and overall guest satisfaction. The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food & Beverage department, including daily Vista at the Top operations, bar operations, special events, and banquet setup/execution. This role will direct, implement, and maintain a service and management philosophy that prioritizes exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team engagement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, guest-focused, organized, and passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring operational efficiency and service excellence.
