As a Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets, banquet functions, and related services while ensuring exceptional quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability. Requirements

Previous food and beverage management or supervisory experience preferred.
Hotel, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience strongly preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, scheduling, and cost controls.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide exceptional guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
Food safety certification preferred or the ability to obtain certification as required.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the hotel's food and beverage outlets and banquet functions.
Develop and manage food and beverage budgets while driving profitability and controlling costs.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop food and beverage team members.
Create and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels and exceptional guest service.
Partner with the Sales team on catering contracts, group events, and banquet functions.
Coordinate and distribute weekly Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure successful execution of events.
Conduct weekly food and beverage inventories and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Monitor food and beverage costs, waste, ordering, and product quality.
Ensure brand standards are consistently met for food presentation, service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
Inspect the kitchen, restaurant, buffet areas, meeting rooms, and other food and beverage areas regularly to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company and brand standards.
Ensure food and beverage menus, signage, and other published materials are accurate and up to date.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve food and beverage concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, franchise standards, food safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
Work closely with hotel leadership and other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
