About The Position

This is a Summer Internship position at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, a luxurious mountain lodge. The intern will gain experience in the Food & Beverage department, with opportunities to work in various outlets. The role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and understanding menu details. The internship also includes attending meetings, job shadowing in other departments, exploring the local area, and immersing in the Four Seasons culture.

Requirements

Pursuing an undergraduate degree, or a recent graduate from a University.
Studying in Hospitality, Business, or a related field highly preferred.
Must be available for a minimum of 3 months (May – mid-August).
Display passion in all they do.
Eager drive to fulfill a career in the Hospitality sector.
Must be available for a minimum 3 months May – mid August.

Nice To Haves

Prior Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greeting and seating guests in an efficient manner.
Ensuring cleanliness of dining rooms and checking table setups.
Assisting Servers by clearing and resetting tables.
Delivering food and providing eloquent food descriptions.
Utilizing the resort's computer system for sales, checks, and readings.
Anticipating the needs of guests and co-workers.
Managing the host stand, reservation book, and table section setups.
Developing a complete working knowledge of menus, ingredients, and restaurant information.
Managing guest reservations and responding to inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Working in any of the Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
Stocking restaurant items and cleaning on an as-needed basis.
Attending bi-monthly Intern Meetings.
Attending assigned Management meetings.
Job Shadowing in other departments.
Exploring Jackson Hole and building relationships with staff and other interns.
Participating in Four Seasons cultural events.
