About The Position

Woodward Tahoe (Boreal and Soda Springs) is seeking Food & Beverage Crew Members to work in their lodges and pop-up outlets. This team is essential to keeping guests fueled and happy. This is a Full-Time or Part Time Seasonal position that runs during the winter operating season.

Requirements

• No prior food service experience needed—we’ll train you!
• Positive, friendly, and guest-focused
• Comfortable working in a high-energy, fast-paced team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Nice To Haves

• ServSafe certification is a plus (or willingness to earn one)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to all guests
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions
• Assist with food prep, stocking, restocking, and maintaining clean stations
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Bussing, dishwashing, and basic cleaning duties
• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
• Keep energy high during busy weekends and powder days
