Under the direct supervision of the Manager, F&B, this position is responsible for managing the guest bills with the strictest regard to rules, regulations and outlet operational guidelines while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. This position may serve at a counter, in a restaurant, on a casino floor or other areas. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
