This is a full-time seasonal role for Spring/Summer 2026. The Food & Beverage Attendant will provide a warm and welcoming experience by actively greeting and engaging with all guests as they enter the restaurant. Responsibilities include working a variety of shifts such as food running, hosting, bussing tables, barista duties, restocking, and basic bartending. The role requires operating the point of sale system accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit cards responsibly, and providing guests with exceptional service while implementing Pursuit Hospitality Standards. Maintaining the cleanliness of service and dining areas and working professionally during high-volume periods to ensure guests receive an exceptional and consistent dining experience are also key aspects of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
