About The Position
La Hiki Food and Beverage Attendant (On Call) at Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina. This position will report to the outlet managers. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be carrying out Food Runner and Server Assistant duties responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience. La Hiki Kitchen is located by the Serenity Pool, overlooking the beautiful west coast of Oahu.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year Food and Beverage experience
- Ability to carry and balance a tray (up to 40lbs)
- Experience catering to high expectation guests
- Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Setup/Breakdown working stations
- Setup/Breakdown of Buffet area
- Assist servers on restaurant setup
- Maintain restaurant clean and organized
- Maintain Buffet area clean and replenished during service
- Fulfill “a la carte” orders for all meal periods
- Assist fellow team members
- Complete daily side duties
