Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Must enjoy hosting others.
- Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
- Good oral communication skills, ability to understand and follow direction.
- Must have ability to work as a team.
- Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
- Must be able to navigate a point of sale system.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.
- Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Fostering a fun environment.
- Being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
- Promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
- Ensuring interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
- Processing cash and credit card transactions for guests and employees while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
- Stocking food, beverage and paper goods.
- Maintaining a clean, sanitized and organized work space and dining room.
- Complying with PPE standards.
- Complying with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
- Taking orders, expediting food and food delivery for guests.
- Preparation of sauces, cold sides and stocking of paper goods.
- Performing proper opening and closing procedures as directed by your supervisor and manager.
- Working Take 2 and concessions.
- Working special events, as needed.
- Performing other duties, as needed.
