About The Position

The Food & Beverage Associate II, known internally as "The Independent Contributor," is a versatile role within Crafty's in-office Concierge pantry program. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in independent work environments and find satisfaction in maintaining organized and elevated spaces. The Associate II is expected to be ready for immediate deployment to various client sites, navigating new environments and executing task lists without prior walkthroughs. This role typically involves training across 15+ locations, being on call for coverage needs, and independently traveling to assigned locations daily. Additionally, the role includes "Day-of Leadership" responsibilities, such as oversight of implementation, quality control checks, and providing peer support when assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Merchandising: Owning clients' office kitchens & pantries and organized storage rooms, performing expiration checks and product rotations.
  • Customer Service: Engaging with clients and Crafty team members onsite to deliver high-quality service, with manager support.
  • Maintenance + Inventory: Performing routine maintenance on machines (e.g., coffee & kegerators), conducting quality control checks, and completing task lists including inventory and budget management.
  • Communication: Communicating and escalating location needs or safety concerns to the manager, and accurately completing pre/post route paperwork.
