Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager for the McCall Collection. Other duties include planning private parties, overseeing all aspects of front of house service for the restaurant(s), managing the floor, and working with F&B leadership to develop marketing strategies and increase food and beverage amenities. The position requires daily local travel to support multiple operations. The role is based at Rupert's, a restaurant located in Hotel McCall, known for its fresh, flavor-forward cuisine inspired by Southwest, Asian, and Mediterranean influences.
