Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, assisting with inventory and ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards. Throughout the shift, the role focuses on monitoring guest satisfaction, resolving issues, supporting the team during busy periods, and ensuring food safety and company policies are followed.
